What payment methods can I use?

• IBBE accepts PAYPAL, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as Wire Transfers and you may also call in your order if you prefer.
• IBBE gives you these choices at check out. If you want to use your credit card or PAYPAL for payment, our interface will allow either of these transactions by default. You do not have to have a PayPal account to complete your transaction, just follow through the PAYPAL check out and it will take you to the next screen where you can choose to either pay with a credit card or with your PAYPAL account.

Why is the price not indicated on the item?

• From time to time you will notice that several items do not have a listed price, or simply show $0.00 as a price. This is because the item you are looking at requires specific customization or other additional input from you prior to placing your order.
• Simply select the features, color, size or options that are available and then hit the "Recalculate" button to view your IBBE Price.

Why are you charging me Sales Tax?

• Only Florida residents are charged sales tax.

What are the approximate shipping and handling charges on your items?

• Shipping & Handling charges are approximately 20% of the item selected, but may be more depending on item's weight.
• A Shipping Calculator is included for your convenience at the time of check out.
