Because of the large volume of products that we offer, it is nearly impossible to keep up with all of our manufacturers' price changes in real time. International Beauty & Barber Equipment apologizes for this inconvenience. If an item is incorrectly priced or priced as $0 we will give you the corrected price as soon as possible.

From time to time an item may not be available or is on back order at the manufacturers, we try to keep our website and/or staff updated about these items and do apologize if you have not been told promptly about a back ordered item or a discontinued item.

Our company policy for refunds or returns is in-store credit only. Absolutely no cash refunds.

NO Charge-Back Policy
In further consideration of Seller�s acceptance of Credit Card Payment, Buyer hereby agrees that he/she will not request, demand or otherwise cause the Issuer, or any company providing credit card charge processing service to the Issuer, to reverse and or charge-back the Credit Card Payment to the merchant account of the Seller [a �Charge-Back]. Any arbitration and or attorney�s fees resulting from a charge-back will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. We recommend all buyers to read carefully these terms and the conditions before initiating a charge-back since any charge back will completely void the warranty pertaining to the payment in question.

Any cancellation of orders will be charged a minimum of 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges are non-refundable. International Beauty & Barber Equipment will issue an in store credit that can be used in our online store. This credit is valid for three months.

Please make sure that what you order is what you want. This should include color, size and/or all other options if not it will default to color or option on the website and International Beauty & Barber Equipment will not be responsible for replacement of item.

All replacement parts and add on accessories are a final sale and can not be returned under any circumstances.

If you refuse a delivery and it is returned, you will be charged a minimum of 25% restocking fee and you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges in both directions.

For orders paid by credit cards there will be a 4% fee added to all returned merchandise in addition to a 25% restocking fee.

If an item has been received by you and you decide that you do not want that item a 25% restocking fee will apply,if it is an item that can be returned, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost back of the item and the original shipping cost of the item. NO ITEMS CAN BE SHIPPED BACK WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER AND MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Once the item has been received by the manufacturer, has been inspected, and the manufacturer says it is without damage an in store credit will be issued for that item.

If your shipment is undeliverable the trucking companies will charge a storage fee. All shipping charges quoted are for regular delivery only. If you need a lift gate or inside delivery, you must phone, fax or e-mail all special instructions for your order and make those arrangements. International Beauty & Barber Equipment is not responsible for late, lost or damaged items. You must abide by the trucking/delivery companies policies and make your claim within their time limits and regulations. International Beauty & Barber Equipment has no control over their shipping policies or delivery personnel. We will do what we can within reason to get your items replaced if a shipping loss or damage occurs, but we will not replace the items until we receive a claim from the shipping company, and payment in full. International Beauty & Barber Equipment does not guarantee or warranty products that we do not manufacture. ALL products are shipped directly from the manufacturers' warehouses. International Beauty & Barber Equipment will contact them directly as a courtesy, if there is a problem with your order that is not the fault of the shipping company.


ALL ORDERS THAT ARE RECEIVED MUST BE INSPECTED IMMEDIATELY EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO USE IT AT THAT TIME.  IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED OR NOT THE CORRECT ITEM IT MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY SO THAT WE CAN RECTIFY THE SITUATION ASAP. IF THERE IS DAMAGE TO ANY PACKAGING OF THE ITEMS IT MUST BE NOTED ON THE DELIVERY TICKET AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY DAMAGED BOXES WITHOUT INSPECTING THE ITEM INSIDE FOR DAMAGE. PLEASE CALL US IMMEDIATELY WITH ANY OF THESE CONCERNS SO THAT A CLAIM CAN BE MADE IMMEDIATELY.  ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING THAT THEY WERE RECEIVED IN OR THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

Upon delivery of items please notate on shippers ticket,before you sign for receipt of items, if there is any damage to the box or any concerns as to the items being damaged,

No Warranty is offered from International Beauty & Barber Equipment. All warranties are offered directly from the manufacturer of the product that you purchased. Please ask for specific warranty information for the product that you are purchasing. If an item needs to be returned to the manufacturer for repair within the 1 year warranty period it must have an RMA #. Shipping is not covered by any warranty all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
